My wife and I stayed for two nights on 5thand 6th July. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel as the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable and is situated a short 15 minute walk from Surbiton railway station. The waitress order service at breakfast for a freshly cooked full English breakfast was also much appreciated and much better than helping yourself to items that have been sat on a hot plate for ages! Would definitely stop here again and would recommend to anyone.

We have been staying at Warwick Lodge , for the Hampton Court Flower Show, for several years now and have always found it very comfortable and welcoming.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff. Room was smaller than we expected from the pictures on the website. Clean and good breakfast.

4 teachers travelling, 1 single, spacious, brand new shower, good value. 1 triple with a small double bed, quite small and for three people somewhat crowded but well maintained. Breakfast was good.

Great stay at this welcoming BNB - fab having the parking on site. Cooked breakfast and being able to make a personal choice of what to eat was wonderful. Plus cereals and fruit and toast. Loads to keep me going. Very comfy bed and quiet night even in a front room.

Room was comfortable and easily accommodated our needs. Great breakfasts set us up for our days explorations.

Room nice and clean, warm welcome from hosts. Very obliging with breakfasts, would prepare what you requested. Food fresh and hot!Minor criticism, no lock on bathroom door and would not stay closed, bedside lamps hard to switch on and off - switches are on the blink and there was no sweetener provided as an alternative to sugar on the tables though may have been available on request.

Room clean & bed comfortable. No noise from main road with windows shut but hot night so room stuffy, a fan would have helped. Breakfast good with good selection of cereals. Staff very friendly and courteous.

We have stayed at Warwick Lodge on many occasions and we have been always enjoyed our visits.

I stayed for one night as a single traveller,in this very good value for money Lodge/B&B. In an otherwise excellent B&B (good room facilities, above average cleanliness all around, a varied choice for breakfast, WiFi, etc.), there were some minor irritations (the shared bathroom on the first floor has a toilet with an ineffective flushing mechanism, and the chair in the bedroom was too low for the computer table). That said, so far overall it is the best of its kind of accomodation that I have stayed in outer London. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, efficient, and Warick Lodge is about a 15 minute walk from Surbiton train station (via the pleasant Kingsdowne Rd route). One point of note is that the front facing rooms face out onto a 24/7 busy road, which may hinder sleep for all but the exhausted occupant. Overall, I'd highly recommend you give it a go, its strongest point being value for money.

We stayed at Warwick Lodge in June 2012. The service was impeccable and the people running the place were very friendly and polite! The rooms were not big but they were clean and fully equipped. It is a wonderful place to stay if you have business in Tolworth or want to explore the Surrey countryside. Finally, having your breakfast in the garden is a real treat!

Although the twin room and en-suite were small it was more than adequate for our one night stay.The cooked breakfast was lovely and you could help yourself to cereal, toast, juice, tea and coffee as much as you wanted.We were impressed by how clean the whole place was and all of the staff we met were very friendly and happy to help with anything.We would definitely stay here again.

I only stayed for 1 night and the room was adequate with large single bed which was very comfy!!! I arrived late and the owner was very welcoming with a quick checkin. I had a cereal, o juice tea and a very big full English breakfast and I ate it all it was lovely. There is a bus stop opposite which takes you to train station only 5 minutes. All in all very comfy and clean room and fantastic breakfast. The owners are so nice thank you x

Pros:-Very friendly staff.Large room,beds comfortable,bed linen very clean and a really nice cooked breakfast.Cons:-The shower controls were not responsive and it was either very hot or very cold.There was damp mould all around the shower unit which seemed to spoil what was a clean bedroom and bathroom.

Booked the hotel for my dad. When we arrived he was upgraded from a single room to a double with en suite as the hotel was not busy. The room was clean and warm and the breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
